Who we are

Pinnacle Air Control is an owner-operated heating and cooling (HVAC) company serving Puyallup and the surrounding communities of Pierce County, Washington. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose. We are a small local business, not a data company.

Information we collect

Information you give us when you book online. When you book service or request an estimate through the "Book" buttons on this site, the booking form is provided by Housecall Pro, the scheduling and customer management system we use. The information you provide may include your name, email address, phone number, service address, the service you need, any details or photos you choose to add, and whether you agree to receive text messages from us. It goes into our Housecall Pro account so we can schedule and provide the service. Housecall Pro's booking form opens only when you click a Book button, and it may set its own cookies and use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. We do not sell your information.

Private feedback. If you leave private feedback on our review page, we use a service called Usebasin to receive and deliver it. We use it only to follow up with you and improve our service.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 and cookies to understand how visitors use our site. These tools are loaded and managed through Google Tag Manager, and — apart from a few strictly necessary cookies — they now load only after you accept cookies in our consent banner. This may include your IP address (anonymized/truncated by Google Analytics), your device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you stay, the website or search that referred you, and your approximate location. We also use Google Search Console, which provides us with aggregate data about the Google searches and clicks that bring people to our site. These are performance and analytics tools that help us understand and improve the website.

Maps and fonts. Some pages embed a Google Map showing our service area, and our pages use web fonts served by Google Fonts.
