Meet Dennis
I started Pinnacle Air Control after five years in HVAC because I saw too many techs treat the job as get in, get paid, and get out. Quality didn't matter to them, and neither did what happened to the customer a month later. That never sat right with me. When I install or repair a system, I do it right the first time, so you are not calling me back with the same problem after I have cashed the check.
The way I see it, you treat customers like family. That means putting them first, being straight with you about what you actually need, and never trying to talk you into something you do not. I would rather do honest work and have you call me back because you trust me, not because something broke.
